This could be delivered via email or integrated into chat tools like Slack for seamless team updates. Now, as part of our commitment to continuously improve our platform and streamline the tracking process for our users, we are introducing new customizable digests that offer a wealth of insights tailored to your needs.

What Does This Mean?

This significant update is designed to ensure you stay informed about critical data issues, trends, and performance metrics, all from one convenient location. Let’s dive into the details of these new features and explore how they can help you and your team manage tracking efficiency.

These new digest variables are build on our existing Daily Digests, enhancing them with focused summaries on new warnings and weekly reports to keep you fully informed with the data that matters most.

But don’t panic! We’re keeping the daily summaries you already know and love, giving you a concise overview of your tracking data every at the beginning of your workday to help you stay updated on your data-tracking efforts – even if there are no warnings.

New Warnings Summary

Trackingplan's New Warnings Summary is designed for users who want to prioritize urgent issues. This daily notification includes only new warnings, allowing your team to focus solely on critical issues without the distraction of less relevant information.

By choosing this option, you’ll also receive a daily summary at the beginning of your workday, being alerted about any tracking discrepancies that require immediate attention. That’s why you won’t be receiving this summary on a daily basis if everything in your tracking setup is working as expected, helping you reduce unnecessary notifications to keep your inbox clear.

This feature enables your team to respond proactively to any tracking issues, minimizing their potential impact on your overall performance.

Moreover, by clicking directly on the warning, you’ll be redirected to Trackingplan’s Management View to deep dive into your warnings, understand them better, and collaborate with your team to get them fixed in record time.

Weekly Summary

For a more comprehensive view, the Weekly Summary consolidates essential tracking insights and trends in a single email every Monday. This digest includes data on trends, events, campaigns, and more, offering your team a holistic snapshot of your weekly performance.

This weekly overview not only consolidates essential information from the previous week but also empowers your team to make informed decisions for the week ahead. By having all this information delivered in a single, convenient email, you can streamline your tracking efforts and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

See it in Action

To customize your digest settings, navigate to the Digests section in your settings. There, you’ll be able to choose which summaries you want to receive and specify email recipients. Simply enter one email address per line, and don’t forget to save the changes!

For example, you can set it up to receive a daily New Warnings Summary that focuses specifically on warnings to keep you informed of urgent issues, while also opting for a Weekly Summary that provides broader insights into your overall data trends and performance.
