Pixels Report 2.0

July 11, 2024

Pixel errors are common, failing easily and invisibly, and leading to increased costs and decreased conversions. That’s why your place to ensure all your pixels are functioning correctly just got better!

Why It Matters

As digital marketing evolves, businesses are leveraging more channels to capture traffic. Ensuring that all pixels are functioning correctly across these channels is crucial for accurate measurement and optimization. By keeping you informed of any issues with your pixels, you can address problems before they impact your performance, ensuring accurate measurement and optimization of your Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Trackingplan’s Pixel Report

Trackingplan allows you to stay on top of all the SaaS tools used in your frontends to be automatically alerted when a Pixel is gone from a page of your site or is completely offline.

That way, by automatically warning you whenever a pixel disappears on the landings you’re sending traffic to, you can get it fixed before it affects your performance, ensuring you’re measuring it correctly to optimize ROAS and gain strategic insights for your next marketing strategies.

What’s New

Expanded Tracker and Pixel Support

We’ve broadened the scope of our pixel detection capabilities. Now, Trackingplan supports over 1300 different pixels and trackers! This expansion ensures that you can monitor a wide array of tracking tools used across your site, giving you comprehensive visibility into your tracking setup. You can have a look at all the trackers and pixels supported by Trackingplan here.

Enhanced look

Enjoy a refreshed and intuitive user interface. Our redesigned Pixel Report dashboard makes it easier than ever to navigate and manage the pixels and trackers used on your site.

More possibilities

With this update, you can now mark important pixels and pages as favorites, bringing them to the top of your list for easy access. Additionally, you can disable pixels that are less relevant to customize your view and see only the pixels you want to monitor.

This will allow you to mute any warning for those providers you aren't interested in, reducing noise and helping you focus on those providers that matter most to your tracking needs. For it, simply click on “Edit Pixel View” to set up which pixel providers you want to see in your Pixels Report.

Bonus point: Monitor your pixels as destinations

Last but not least, if you have a specific pixel in mind you would like to monitor closer or that is particularly relevant to you, let us know. We can convert these into dedicated destinations, allowing you to monitor not just their presence, but also the format of the data they send and their compliance with privacy standards.
